Register by Friday, October 4th.

Please type your registration information carefully as this information will be printed on your name tags and in the delegate directory.

Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis upon receipt of registration fees. 

Payment of meeting fees is due at the time of registration.

Late registration pricing applies after September 18th. 

Discounted registration fees are available for JAST Corporate members.

The registration fee does not include the hotel.

Session Descriptions

You will be asked on the registration form to indicate your         1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th choices. 

You will be assigned to one session depending upon your chosen preference and availability. 

Concurrent Session - Future Innovation in Aviation (Offsite)

Future Innovation in Aviation  Honda Aircraft Company – Greensboro/Piedmont Triad International Airport See the HondaJet manufacturing facility and meet company leaders bringing the aviation future to life. The tour of Honda Aircraft Company will include the Production Facility, Flight Simulator area, Delivery Center and Visitor Center which includes a mockup of the Hondajet Echelon(Honda’s newest Jet) fuselage and other various Honda products on display. • Featuring: Honda Aircraft Co.


Concurrent Session - Experience Vehicle Performance Up Close (Offsite)

Experience Vehicle Performance Up Close Charlotte Motor Speedway Racing teams and the track are the performance laboratories for the future • Featuring: Toyota.


Concurrent Session - New Approaches for Human Health in the Life Sciences (Offsite)

The North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolis, NC, is a 350-acre research center that collaboratively works to empower human health through nutrition and clinical research. Eight universities, the David H. Murdock Research Institute, companies and entrepreneurs focus research and development on safer, more nutritious crops, healthier foods, precision nutrition, and clinical research.  Participants will be greeted by the mayor of Kannapolis and get a chance to see Appalachian  State Universities Human Performance Lab, Rowan-Cabarrus Community College additive manufacturing facility, UNC Charlotte’s Nutrition Research Institute and North Carolina’s one of a kind Food Innovation lab. 

Bonus: See the innovative research campus that rose on the site of a closed textile mill, helping the region recover from the largest company layoff in state history. • Featuring: Fujifilm Diosynth.


Concurrent Session - Artificial Intelligence (Onsite)

Monday Session A session focused on today’s most anticipated and potentially revolutionary technology.  Participants of this session will get a chance to hear from the leading National experts in AI technology. – Artificial Intelligence, or AI Location.
