Virtual Tour of Tennessee State Museum’s Ratified! Tennessee Women and the Right to Vote

Don’t miss this unique opportunity for a virtual visit to the nationally-recognized Tennessee State Museum. The Tennessee State Museum is one of only 17 museums in Tennessee to receive the highest recognition of excellence afforded to the nation’s museums - American Alliance of Museums (AAM) Reaccreditation. Of the estimated 33,000 museums in the U.S., only 1070 are currently accredited.
On November 2nd from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. CST, Curator Miranda Fraley-Rhodes will lead a free virtual tour of the Tennessee State Museum Ratified! Tennessee Women and the Right to Vote exhibit.

Miranda Fraley-Rhodes serves as the assistant chief curator at the Tennessee State Museum and curator of the current temporary exhibition, Ratified! Tennessee Women and the Right to Vote. She received her B.A. in history and English from Washington University in St. Louis and her M.A. and Ph.D. in history from Indiana University at Bloomington. Prior to her time at the Museum, she worked for the National Park Service.
