JAST's Women's Leadership Forum & Networking Luncheon brings together corporate, political, philanthropic, governmental and non-profit sector leaders to champion more active roles for women in decision-making at all levels of society. Parul Bajaj
Senior Manager, Philanthropy, Nissan North America Executive Director, Nissan Foundation
Bajaj joined the Nissan Corporate Communications team in March 2016 and brings extensive experience from Bridgestone and FedEx. Since then, she has held positions of increasing responsibility in corporate and manufacturing communications. Before joining NNA, she completed an 18-month assignment with the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi communications team, based in Paris.
Bajaj is responsible for leading NNA's corporate giving and philanthropic strategy for the U.S. In her role as executive director, Bajaj oversees activities related to the Foundation's ongoing support of educational programs that celebrate and foster diversity.
Bajaj holds a bachelor's degree in international business and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi.
Yoshie Lewis

Yoshie has produced award-winning content for air, including outlets like PBS. Her main interests are in history, women's history, and social justice. She feels that taking compelling stories and translating them into a visual format connects contemporary viewers to the past, keeping the stories alive and giving the historical figures a living voice. Likewise, taking important contemporary stories and translating them into a visual format informs the viewer and hopefully compels them into action. She holds a B.A. in art history from University of California, Riverside, and a M.A. in producing film from American University in Washington, DC and is proud to have earned her membership in the National Television Academy.
Marsha Mullin
Vice President of Collections & Research, Chief Curator
The Hermitage
Marsha Mullin is Vice President of Museum Services and Chief Curator at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Texas Tech University, and Indiana University-Bloomington, she has been with The Hermitage since 1986 and is responsible for acquisition, research, and care of collections as well conducting research on The Hermitage and assisting scholars, students, and the public with Hermitage related questions. She has overseen the interior restoration of The Hermitage mansion as well as creating exhibitions, films, audio tours, and interpretive signage for the site.
